Strict Quality Control from Raw Materials to Final Delivery
For overseas projects, quality problems discovered after delivery can lead to installation delays, replacement costs, and costly project downtime. That’s why our quality control starts before production — not after the products are finished.
Our in-house testing laboratory and standardized quality management system verify every stage of production — from raw material inspection to finished sandwich panel performance. Key parameters tested include core density, thermal conductivity, fire rating, compressive strength, and peel strength, in line with ISO and EN standards.
Every batch ships with a full inspection report, giving EPC contractors and pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and food-processing buyers traceable, verifiable quality assurance from Shandong to job sites across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America.
Salt Spray Test
Utilizes a salt spray test chamber to create an accelerated corrosion environment under simulated conditions, evaluating the corrosion resistance of different panels based on their coating or plating layers.
Flexural Test
Measures the strength of rigid core materials to ensure the panel’s flexural load-bearing capacity.
Moisture Content Test
Precise control of the moisture content in magnesium oxide (MgO) boards is critical. Excess moisture can directly affect the lamination process, leading to common issues such as bubble formation. A moisture meter is used to conduct penetration testing to accurately determine the moisture content of the MgO board.
Pull-Out Test
Evaluates the bonding strength between the core material and the facing sheets, ensuring the panel’s structural integrity and resistance to external forces.
Panel Flatness
Assesses the surface evenness of the sandwich panel to guarantee high-quality installation and aesthetic performance.
Hydrophobicity Test
Determines the water-repellent properties of the material by measuring the change in sample mass before and after water spray exposure, calculating the percentage of volume that remains impermeable to water.
