Raw Materials
Metal color-coated steel sheets (such as galvanized steel or aluminum) are selected and undergo surface coating treatments (e.g., PE, PVDF) to ensure weather and corrosion resistance. Core materials such as rock wool, glass wool, or PU/PIR are selected based on requirements, ensuring high density and stable moisture content.
Steel Coil Uncoiling
In this process, automated equipment automatically uncoils metal sheets (such as color-coated or galvanized steel) and feeds them into the production line, preparing them for subsequent operations such as film lamination and plasma tension treatment.
Laminated steel sheet
A protective film is applied to the coated steel sheet to prevent scratches, stains, and surface damage during panel forming, lamination, transportation, and installation. It helps maintain the sandwich panel’s clean appearance and coating quality.

Glostar utilizes the “Hinged Cloth-cotton Pad”—an advanced, domestically pioneering composite process—which primarily serves to enhance the sandwich panel’s flexural load-bearing capacity and prevent the formation of creases.
Automatic Rock Wool Conveying
Glostar’s high-quality steel coils and insulation materials are carefully selected and inspected; we can professionally bend these coils into various shapes, including complex configurations.
Targeted Glue Spraying
Glostar employs a high-atomization, targeted adhesive spraying process that achieves 99% surface coverage. We exclusively use adhesives from renowned international brands—such as Henkel (Germany) and Huntsman (USA)—to effectively enhance the bond strength between the core material and the facing panels, thereby ensuring the sandwich panel’s flatness and consistent quality.
High-temperature Dual-track Lamination
The metal facings and core material are bonded under double-belt pressure, and the adhesive is allowed to fully react and cure at a constant temperature of 55°C to ensure bond strength.
